Founded in 2025 by a developer who grew up obsessed with history and couldn't find games that did it justice, 1984px is a solo indie studio built on one conviction: the most important stories ever told are the ones that actually happened.

The name is a double tribute: 1984, the year Orwell imagined a world controlled by the few, and the year a machine named Macintosh told everyone they had a voice. Both things happened. That tension — between power and resistance, between the individual and the system — runs through every game I make.

I don't make games about history. I make games that are history — immersive, deeply researched, and built around the one question that makes the past feel alive: what would you have done?

An open world built around the Wolf's Lair, the conspiracy, and the man who carried it. This is the story of a bomb, a conscience, and a near miss that haunts history.

1943: Hidden — Development Begins

The first title enters full development. Months of archival research, collaboration with historians, and field documentation in France begin shaping the world of 1943: Hidden.

Stauffenberg — Near Miss: Valkyrie Enters Development

The second project is greenlit. The team turns to July 20, 1944 — the most audacious assassination attempt in modern history — and begins building the world around it.
